Shipping
Orders received before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time weekdays are generally shipped the same business day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

UPS (United Parcel Service)
Please note that Ship Day, Saturday, Sunday and all holidays are not transit days.
* UPS Ground - View Transit Time Map to determine your delivery time.
* UPS 3 Day Select - Delivers in 3 business days.
* UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivers in 2 business days.
* UPS Next Day Air - Delivers next business day with some exceptions.
* UPS Next Day Air w/Saturday Delivery
* UPS Redirect Fee - If a wrong/insufficient address was provided at time of order or if your package needs to be redirected for any reason, a redirect fee will be charged to you. The Redirect Fees are as follows:
o Ground Redirect $10
o Air Redirect $15
o Intercept Fee $15
Fruit: Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restirctions
* Monday through Wednesday standard and next day air shippping are the available options.
* Thursday Next Day air is the only option
* Friday Next Day air Saturday is the only option
(All fruit orders placed on Friday via "standard ground" will be shipped on Monday)
Chocolate: All chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next Day air. There will be a $5.00 surcharge added to each order for ice and heat sensitive packaging. No damage claims will be paid for packages left outside by UPS. UPS does not guarantee perishable goods. In addition, any gift baskets which contain chocolate components will have the chocolate substituted out and replaced with hard candy items.
Incorrect Address
All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip. We will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order.
• A 10.00 Fee will be added to your bill when a bad address is supplied and the carrier needs to make an address correction or when a suite number/ apartment number is not supplied. This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match.
• Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not honored.
• Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers/ apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.
Returns/Claims:
All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be NO exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and satisfaction. The damages or discrepancies must be verified the shipping carrier. Disposal of the gift before verification will result in a refusal of credit or replacement product. Claims will be not be accepted via the phone.
Holiday/Closures:
Please take note that we are closed and no shipping will occur on the days listed below. All orders due to ship on these days will ship the next operating business day.
